About the Role
As a Production Manager you will empower, inspire and engage our leaders and employees – especially since we are in an expanding phase. Leadership skills are highly valued in this role to optimize overall performance.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure products are manufactured according to requirements and delivery times.
• Utilize manufacturing resources efficiently.
• Develop and update production, overhead, and investment budgets.
• Implement plans for production improvements.
• Follow and develop departmental goals.

Your role includes bringing on board new talent and creating a setting conducive to the development of all team members and the structure of the organization. You will also actively work according to NKT HVC’s management system for quality, environment and work environment.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an analytical and solution-oriented leader who is experienced in overcoming challenges. You should have a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams during change and be accountable for both personal and results. High communication skills and an empathetic attitude are essential for building and maintaining relationships.

Additionally, your CV comprises:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing or similar.
• 5+ years of production manager experience in a multishift production environment.
• 10+ years of supervising people and budget responsibilities.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
