Project Manager SAP S4HANA

Do you want to lead a pivotal project in a globally expanding company? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role offers an opportunity to manage all aspects of the project and expanding SAP usage in new areas.

Coordinate and structure 
This project is part of NKT Group's SAP S/4HANA transformation, and you will serve as the Project Manager for Karlskrona's Business Line. You will collaborate with a central organization and local experts to manage the end-to-end implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline. Your role involves providing clear communication and direction to the project team, including both internal and external resources.

Main responsibilities:

• Define and monitor project goals, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless collaboration 
• Oversee the cleansing, standardization and migration of master data 
• Drive the increased usage of SAP in new business areas, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency. 
• Implement a framework for training and empowering SAP power and super users 
• Build a sustainable model for ongoing user development and knowledge sharing
• Be the primary point of contact with the corporate SAP team to align on global standards and strategies 

This role is based in Karlskrona and may require occasional travel for project coordination.  

Experienced Project Manager with SAP knowledge
We are looking for a candidate with strong team-building skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in project management, particularly in ERP projects like SAP. Communication and stakeholder management abilities are also important.

Key qualifications include:

• Experience of managing ERP projects (SAP S/4HANA highly regarded)
• Good understanding of SAP modules, master data management and system integration
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
