What You'll Do

• Order Management: Register and monitor sales orders and projects, ensuring they comply with company policies.
• Quotation Management: Support the commercial organisation by generating quotes and offers to customers, supporting our green transition.
• Customer Communication: Confirm delivery details with customers, focusing on load optimisation and stock availability.
• Efficiency Improvement: Support the local manager in analysing data to identify gaps and improve delivery performance.

Additional Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Register claims and coordinate with Quality and Shipping departments.
• Delivery Coordination: Manage returns and collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments.
• Data Analysis: Analyze booked and billed orders to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Handling Multiple Tasks: Ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Tech: Proficient in Microsoft Office, and BI insight is welcomed.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and English.
• Collaborative Worker: Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships.

Location and Duration
This position is based in Asnaes and is available immediately until June 30, 2026.
