Drive Excellence in Marketing

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be part of our Global Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Head of Marketing Applications. You’ll play a key role in translating commercial strategy into impactful marketing activities across the ‘Applications’ business lines, with a particular focus on the UK market.

Working closely with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Product Management, Group Communications, and the wider marketing team—you’ll help position and strengthen the NKT brand within our target audiences. Your strategic vision will align with our global marketing strategy and support NKT’s broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a key player in the transformation of commercial strategy into relevant marketing initiatives for the ‘Applications’ business lines in the UK.
• Plan and execute marketing activities such as exhibitions, digital campaigns, product launches, and web initiatives.
• Enhance NKT’s market presence through a deep understanding of market dynamics and proactive collaboration across teams.
• Ensure brand consistency and support a balanced content approach across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor marketing services to business needs.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll be self-motivated, a strong communicator, and capable of influencing others. You’ll bring a structured, results-driven approach and solid project management experience. A strong commercial and technical understanding of complex B2B products is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a recognised marketing agency or B2B marketing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
