Finance Data Specialist

Are you ready to join a leading cable producer and be part of our Tax team? NKT, headquartered in Denmark, is seeking a Finance Data Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. This exciting opportunity involves refining the SAP setup and ensuring seamless data management across business tax-related functions, excluding payroll. As part of the Group Tax team, you will report to the Tax Operations Manager in Kaunas. Do you want to be part of a global company engaged in the green transition?

Lead data collection and analysis for tax compliance

Your responsibility will be to:

• Coordinate data collection, validation, and analysis for Intercompany transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Prepare reports and documentation for Transfer Pricing requirements
• Maintain Master Data, CBAM data, and PE analysis for tax compliance
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for data transparency and tax compliance tracking
• Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing, VAT, CIT, and other tax regulations

You will collaborate with Tax and Accounting teams for accurate reporting, interact with external stakeholders, and enhance data processes and reporting efficiency. The position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Detail-oriented professional with international experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in an international environment. You should be engaged, with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly. Your precision in accuracy and compliance will be essential in this role.

You also have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting and reporting, especially if gained from a Shared Services organization or a major company
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
• Understanding of internal controls and risk management practices
• Fluent in English
