This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation of our IT Strategy and work in an inclusive and international setting. As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related questions locally at our factory in Asnæs for incidents, and service requests. Your responsibility will be to:

  • Deliver skilled customer service and technically accurate resolutions.
  • Manage IT support service levels.
  • Take ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
  • Create and update knowledge articles and documentation.
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
  • Maintain an approach to ensure IT environment stability.
  • Increase IT security awareness and inform management of incidents and preventive actions.

Engaged and service-focused IT professional
We are interested in an engaged and customer-centric professional who excels in critical evaluation and issue resolution. You should have communication skills and the ability to handle complaints and utilize experience in stressful situations. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with others are essential.

You also have:

  • Education in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in service desk, on-site support, or systems administration.
  • Proficiency in handling incidents and service requests.
  • Experience with knowledge article creation.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in IT support.
  • Familiarity with ITSM solutions like ServiceDesk+.
  • Experience in a global environment.
