Support financial planning and performance management
In this position, you will create and oversee financial planning workflows, such as budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management. You will analyze and communicate performance across P&L, B/S, and cash flows, turning data into business insights and recommendations. Your skills in conducting simulations and creating models for mergers and acquisitions, funding scenarios, and sensitivity analysis will aid in strategic financial decision-making. You will coordinate optimization initiatives across different business sectors while partnering with local finance teams. Additionally, you will support the CFO and senior leadership by preparing materials for the Board of Directors and Group Leadership Team.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Establish and oversee financial planning processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity strategy
  • Analyze and communicate performance across P&L, B/S, and cash flows
  • Run simulations and models for M&A, funding scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
  • Coordinate optimization strategies throughout our business lines
  • Support business finance teams on the standardization of principles


You will be based in our Headquarters in Brøndby, with limited travel activities within Europe.

A collaborative and skilled financial professional
We are looking for someone who works well with others and has a high level of critical thinking. You should be innovative, result-driven, and able to handle complex matters. Effective communication abilities and the capacity to distill extensive data into clear business insights are crucial. You should have a good understanding of the business model and processes and be attentive to details while keeping an overview. A business partner mindset and the ability to interact directly with the business are highly valued.

You also have:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar
  • +5 years of professional work experience in FP&A/Group FP&A/business controlling/business partnering function
  • Extensive experience with financial planning and performance management
  • Data modeling in Excel and the ability to work with large data sets
  • Practical knowledge of BI solutions and a solid grasp of BI data models, ERP master data, and related components.
  • Professional fluency in English
