Ensure compliance and support global tax strategy

As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the Group’s Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local and Master Files, and supporting the implementation of our global Transfer Pricing Policy. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure compliance, manage reporting obligations, and contribute to strategic tax planning.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Prepare Local and Master Files, and manage Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
  • Maintain the Group’s Transfer Pricing Manual and ensure policy compliance.
  •  Analyze intercompany transactions and recommend pricing adjustments.
  • Support audit defense strategies and advise on intercompany pricing.
  • Collaborate with business units and external advisors on tax projects.

 To be considered for this role, please be aware that we will be looking for the following main requirements:

You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You enjoy working with numbers, navigating complex regulations, and building relationships across functions and cultures. Your ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently makes you a valuable team member.

You also have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in tax accounting, reporting, or general ledger accounting.
  • Adegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Salary range for this position is from 3300 Eur to 3800 Eur Gross.
