We are now looking for a Senior Property Manager who will manage our Swedish property assets and contribute to NKT’s global growth strategy.
 
About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will take on a broad and responsible role, leading and developing the operation, maintenance and investment activities across our property portfolio. You will engage in both strategic planning and practical implementation, prioritizing enhancements in operational efficiency, cost optimization and long-term value creation. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders. As a part of managing and developing our property portfolio across key locations, travels within Sweden is needed.


You will be part of our Property management team and the position is based in Karlskrona.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Technical and financial management of the property portfolio
  • Develop and follow up on maintenance plans and budgets
  • Ensure supplier compliance with contract at applicable sites
  • Secure procurement activities and assist in negotiation and lease administration
  • Ensure energy efficiency, environmental compliance and occupational safety
  • Contribute to the strategic development of existing and new properties


Structured and serviceminded teamplayer
We are looking for a person with a structured way of working, sound business understanding and the ability to take a broad, strategic perspective. You take initiative and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. To thrive in the role, you encourage teamwork and focus on finding practical solutions in everyday work.

Your CV include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in property management with both technical and financial responsibility
  • Solid knowledge of procurement and construction law, for example LOU and AB/AB.
  • Understanding of the construction, installation and property sectors
  • Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A valid driver’s license (B)

Qualifications include leading experience, lease negotiations and safety environmental certification of buildings is beneficial.
