Senior Manager, Head Global Functions Business Partnering

NKT, a leading cable manufacturer headquartered in Denmark, is looking for a Head of Global Functions Business Partnering to join our Global finance leadership team. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategy and performance across all Global Functions—including Technology—while leading a team of experienced controllers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where your insights and leadership will directly impact business decisions and financial outcomes.

What can you expect from the position?

As Head of Global Functions Business Partnering, you will be the main finance stakeholder for all Global Function heads. You will lead financial planning and reporting processes (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX), drive standardization across finance policies, and identify performance improvement levers. You will also:

• Develop a highly competent, engaged, and well-reputed finance department known for its high level of expertise and strong business acumen.
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Lead and develop a team of 6 finance professionals.
• Ensure accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial governance.
• Collaborate closely with senior and executive stakeholders across functions.
• Lead planning and forecast processes (Budgets, quarterly forecasts, and ad hoc requests).
• Ensure strong link to corporate functions with proactive engagement to enable smooth business activities.

What do we expect from the candidate?

We’re looking for a strategic finance leader with strong business acumen and people management skills. You should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of financial experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Solid background in business controlling, accounting, and operational finance.
• Experience working in international environments and with ERP systems (SAP, OneStream, BW).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Salary range for this position is from 5300 Eur to 6500 Eur Gross.
