The position is based in Copenhagen, as we are moving our Headquarters to new and modern facilities at Amerika Plads from January 2026, with limited travel (1-2 times per quarter).

Lead Accessories' global commercial financial planning processes
You will be the business finance partner to the Accessories Global Sales and Product Management teams. You’ll lead initiatives to improve further and continuously refine standard commercial finance processes, anchored in the yearly financial wheel, and build a robust reporting and analytical framework. Your work will support strategic decision-making and enhance commercial finance efficiency across regional sales hubs.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Oversee monthly reporting and analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities
  • Build and enhance sales and profitability reporting, analytical framework, including BI capabilities and a standard performance management model
  • Responsible for customer/product profitability and A/R analytics, including identification of  improvement areas and establishment of KPIs for efficient performance management
  • Track, secure and improve growth, profitability and working capital as well as have an important role in strategic projects
  • Facilitate and support the implementation of the future Financial Steering Model, ERP upgrade and other digital transformation initiatives


You will report to the Head of Accessories Finance and collaborate closely with local and global teams.

Analytical skillset with the ability to guide multiple stakeholders
You are effective in a changing atmosphere and appreciate both cooperating with teams and completing tasks on your own. You are known for your clear and respectful communication across various organizational levels, effectively empowering and supporting stakeholders. Your structured approach and continuous improvement mindset make you a valuable contributor to both sales, product management and finance.

You also have:

  • MSc in a finance-related field
  • 5+ years of commercial finance business partner experience in an international company
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Well-versed in ERP, BI and end-to-end commercial finance processes
  • Experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives
