Deliver financial clarity and encourage progress

In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and controlling for Global Functions, working closely with stakeholders to support and promote OPEX and CAPEX decisions. You’ll oversee the forecasting and budgeting processes, provide insightful analysis, and implement process improvements across the organization.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Lead forecast and budget processes for Global Functions.
  • Ensure monthly financial steering and accurate reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for finance teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate enhancements in processes and initiatives for standardization.
  • Prepare and maintain SOP documentation.

Dedicated finance partner with a systematic approach

You thrive in a challenging environment, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and have an insightful approach to problem-solving. You’re an effective communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear insights and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

You also have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP or OneStream
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Salary range for this position is from 3500 Eur to 4600 Eur Gross.
