Production Planner

In this role, you will be part of our production planning and administration team. The main purpose of this role is operational production planning, which is crucial to ensure on-time deliveries and a smooth production process. Your technical knowledge and experience will make an important contribution to the team members and the whole organization.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Supervision over production orders and their confirmation
• Planning the supply material, packaging, and auxiliary materials
• Optimization of the production process
• Monitoring the level of stocks of semi-finished products, raw materials, and packing
• Supporting others to achieve expected results

You will report to the Manager of the Planning and Administration Department and cooperate directly with your team consisting of 7 people. The position is assigned to the Warszowice plant which currently hires over 400 employees.

We are looking for enthusiastic and open-minded people who can be open to new approaches and who are determined and able to ask questions and confront colleagues.

Additionally, your resume includes:

• English – min B1 level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, Excel, Access
• SAP/APO knowledge will be a merit
• Knowledge of planning methods, stock management, and basics of production technology
