Coordinate AI, digital transformation and ERP migration

NKT is advancing its digital agenda and OneERP journey across the Transmission Business Line. As Digitalization Project Manager, you contribute to AI and Digitalization initiatives and act as the Cologne coordination point for the SAP S/4HANA migration. The role combines governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment with clear business outcomes. You will work in an international setting with close cooperation between business and IT. Coordinate AI, digitalization and ERP transformation initiatives

As Digitalization Project Manager, you manage end-to-end AI and Digitalization initiatives and coordinate Cologne’s contribution to the Transmission BL within the OneERP SAP-to-S/4HANA program. The role focuses on governance, alignment, delivery, and benefit follow-up to ensure projects are completed within agreed scope, time, and budget, while supporting long‑term adoption and data readiness.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Manage AI and Digitalization initiatives from business case through delivery and value tracking
• Coordinate Cologne business activities for SAP-to-S/4HANA, including readiness, testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Facilitate governance, planning, and decision forums across business and IT
• Coordinate stakeholders including SMEs, IT, Global SAP, and external partners
• Track budgets, documentation, decisions, and data migration readiness

This role reports into the Transmission Business Line setup and collaborates closely with the OneERP program. Location is Cologne, with occasional travel depending on project needs.

Structured, collaborative project professional in complex environments

You are organized, transparent, and comfortable working with many stakeholders across functions and cultures. You communicate clearly, value alignment, and approach complex topics with a structured mindset. You support change through collaboration, curiosity, and follow-through, and you are comfortable balancing governance needs with practical delivery in transformation programs.

You also have:

• Several years of project management experience, including ERP programs
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP transformations
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes, data, and integrations
• Experience using project tools such as MS Project, Planner, Jira, or Confluence
• Fluent English, written and spoken, German is an advantage
