As an HS Specialist in Karlskrona, you will work close to daily operations and contribute to safe, healthy, and sustainable ways of working. This role combines practical HS activities with advisory support, helping the organization reduce incidents and improve wellbeing across the site. You will be part of a global company supporting the green transition while helping improve safety and wellbeing in everyday business. Support daily operations with practical health and safety focus
In this position, you will be part of the HS Team KKA in Karlskrona, working closely with production and support functions. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining local HS procedures, advising the organization in operational matters, and contributing to continuous improvements in health and safety performance. You support managers and teams by providing clear guidance, structured follow-up, and practical solutions aligned with business needs.

The role is based in Karlskrona and includes close collaboration with local operations and stakeholders. Limited travel may occur as part of coordination or project-related activities. You report to the HS Manager in Karlskrona.

You are structured, consistent, and motivated to contribute to improved working conditions. Building trust and maintaining good cooperation with different functions comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable handling both planned activities and day-to-day questions.
