Director Supply Chain (m/w/d)

Oversee planning, sourcing and logistics for global projects

Coordinate supply chain planning and sourcing activities 

This role oversees planning across hubs, cable sourcing and logistics for cable and accessories. It ensures clear visibility of internal and external supply capacity, manages sourcing partnerships and drives effective planning processes in collaboration with commercial and execution teams. It maintains consolidated project planning and ensures that sourcing choices support business priorities. 

Your responsibility will be to: 

• Oversee project and portfolio planning, including tender and backlog coordination
• Maintain capacity visibility for internal and external supply partners
• Manage cable sourcing and partner qualification
• Define and optimise warehouse and logistics networks
• Oversee stock management to meet operational needs 

The role collaborates frequently with commercial and execution teams across regions, with limited travel as required.

This role suits a person who values collaboration across functions and cultures, communicates clearly and adapts to changes in a complex environment. They navigate between long-term planning and detailed coordination and enjoy working with processes that span several teams and stakeholders. 

You also have: 

• Capability to manage project and portfolio planning activities
• Familiarity with internal and external sourcing processes
• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse planning
• Capacity to navigate complex planning environments
• (Preferred) Background from working with external partners
